To totally be self-defined - self-designed we really have to get honest with ourselves and ask:

What do YOU want?? (Not what do others belive you to be)

-For today

-For this week

-For your career

-For your life

Goals are necessary but what is the intention behind them?

And…are they yours or are you fitting into someone else’s idea of success?

AND…once you get them you realize..Hey, I forgot that I also wanted a life to go with this awesome career.

That’s ok. Ive done that. Everyone didn’t like the way I did it at first but it all worked out.

Sometimes your family, friends or professional circle may not define success the same as you.

But be intentional for yourself. Success is defined differently for everyone and …

Who are you trying to impress??? Yourself or everyone else? Be clear on that one. Pleasing others is never a good path to take. It does catch up. I have stories to share another time about that....

Here are some tips:

Know what you bring to the world.(I call this your Thread) and how valuable it is
Look at your life in place and where you are headed
Develop ways to grow success for yourself both in life and career
Be intentional about the work but don’t make the work your identity (because you may reinvent and its easier to not get caught up on the Title - so you can move into your next phase)
Stay clear on your life intentions. What you bring and how you can serve.
The money and success will come

Design the solutions into your life.
